I can't recommend Arash more strongly. I was selling my condo as the market was slowing a bit and even through a few disappointing circumstances Arash remained optimistic and encouraging, and eventually got my place sold at a price I was happy with. Near the closing date I sustained a serious injury and was hospitalized for a period of time and Arash really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of for the closing. Thanks!

Arash is amazing. He has spoiled us for every working with another realtor again. Very responsive, great attention to detail, able to give me honest feedback. We bought the house while we were still living on the East Coast and he made the bicoastal process smooth. He took what we wanted and gave us realistic expectations and a nice range of what we could work with. He has great knowledge of the area and was able to show us around since we were moving from the other side of the country, pointing out schools, neighborhood favorite restaurants, etc.. He was generous with his connections providing us contacts with mortgage companies, contractors and electricians and anyone else we needed since this was our first home and our first renovation. He kept us on track for submitting all our paperwork, he worked around our crazy schedules and kept us notified of the mortgage process. He was very thorough and even would stop by to check on the property occasionally until we moved to San Diego. He was present at the inspection and called us to walk us through it in real time because we weren't able to be there. And after the fact he stayed in touch, he was so sweet to our girls who made him pictures of our house. You won't be able to find a better realtor. He fights for you as if he is fighting for his own house, he keeps you in the loop so there are very few surprises and he is attentive, knowledgeable and a great communicator!!!!

Arash is the real deal. He definitely knows his stuff - he explained and answered all the silly questions we had as first time home buyers. He led us through every step of the way...and even had a few jokes along the way:) We were impressed with his negotiation skills when it came down to negotiating credits and price reduction after the home inspections. Is there any way I can give this guy more then 5 stars? Arash is a BOSS and helped me get my first home in less than a month.
